WE HAD OUR FIRST SHOWING!!

So our house was finally put on the market yesterday after 2 weeks and $5000 in fresh paint and new carpet!! And only after being on the market less than 24 hrs we had our first showing, though the buyers agent called back only to say that the house wasn't in her clients ideal area. What a bummer, but that's definitely a good sign to have interest this early on!!! We've priced it below appraisal as we want it to be sold F-A-S-T!! But we'll still pull off enough profit to pay off the van and leave us with some fun money that will likely be spent on new bedroom and dining room furniture! ;-) LOL
